On any long-term project, it's good to celebrate successes along the way. It takes time to learn a new language so we need to find ways to celebrate our milestones and successes. Today, a little thing happened that made me happy so I'm starting this page to collect those little events that tell me I'm making progress. 3/22/2019 ... Mientras caminaba hacia el supermercado, un hombre en un camioneta paró y me preguntó dónde estaba la calle Mirador. "No sé," respondí. "Lo siento," dije. Todo en español. ¡Éxito!
9/9/2023 ... Un otro éxito. Estoy aquí otra vez. Mi amigo tiene una casa en las afueras de Morelia y dice que puedo quedarme allí. Estoy muy feliz y emocionado de volver allí.
