It's amazing how much you can learn in the streets, in the stores, everywhere. Here is one trip to a grocery store in Ajijic. It is a store that caters to gringos so it was actually a challenge to see how much Spanish I could find. However, it turned out to be a remarkable Spanish class.

Next time you go shopping, take your camera with you and create your own vocabulary class.

What can you learn from these images?

In your Spanish journal (you do have one, don't you?), write the words down and write a sentence using each of them, relating them to your life.

There are many, many more words related to food, always choose the Spanish menus in restaurants and comb through them for more interesting words.
